Finally! Megaworld is now in Cebu! They launched their pilot project last August 2012 and it is already sold out as we speak! They launched their 2nd cluster after that, and it is 95% sold out as we speak as well! Amazing, isn't it?

In order for us to have a closer look at their amazing projects, Megaworld unveiled their model units for the One Pacific Residence last February 3, 2013. The model unit is located in Zenith Building (Cebu Business Park).
