Do you want a nice place to hang out? I recommend this place if you just want to drink and eat together with your friends, and chat the night away. ONZE is the place! It is located in Orchid Street, Capitol Site, Cebu City, Philippines. If you know the location of Kuya J Restaurant and STK Restaurant, ONZE is just a few steps away from them. The atmosphere is so chillax!!! I also like the fact that they use blue lighting because it adds to the chillax-ness of the atmosphere. Here's the menu so you can make your choices in advance.
