Max's Adobong Baka sa Gata is made from tender beef chunks, combined with sayote and green finger chili then bathed in luscious mildly-spiced coconut milk. Max's Beef Caldereta on the other hand is made from tender beef stew combined with tomatoes, carrots, red and green bell peppers, green peas then bathed in rich and thick tomato-based sauce! Whichever from the 2 you'll choose, they are all superb choices! My personal favorite is Max's Adobong Baka sa Gata. Yummy!
